On a clear, sunny day in the sprawling backyard of the couple’s beautiful home owned by a family friend, a small group of their closest family and friends gathered to celebrate Sam and Austin’s love.
Sam and Austin met at Oregon State University and then got engaged a couple of years later during a trip to Las Vegas. It wasn’t Austin’s plan to propose to her then, but the moment played out perfectly nonetheless.
The couple’s family and friends all pitched in to make the event a success. Austin’s dad even acted as an impromptu flower girl, sending a ripple of laughter through the crowd. More laughter and smiles came later when the dads of the bride and groom did their “father, father” dance.
As with all the best weddings, the dancing and celebrations carried on late into the night as the lights twinkled and crickets chirped in the grass. Everyone truly enjoyed themselves—and you could feel the love in the air.
It was an honor to capture the love between Sam and Austin and all the wonderful people in their lives. May life bring many blessings to this beautiful pair.
