Portland Metro Area wedding pricing and guidelines

I know planning your dream wedding is an incredible challenge. However, I'm NOT just your wedding photographer. Think of me as almost like another bridesmaid! You'll always have access to me to send me inspiration pictures, ideas, or questions along the way. Also, your big day doesn’t start with the ceremony so neither will your photos. I’ll be there all along the way to capture every detail from the details of getting ready to the send off.

I want to know you and connect with you in a deep, meaningful way. I'm deeply invested in your love story because the best photos happen when you know your photographer. Thus, I hope we remain forever friends!


ALL PACKAGES require an e-signed contract agreeing to the terms, listed below, before the wedding.

ALL PACKAGES include complete travel fees in the Portland Metro Area, an in person pre-wedding consultation, unlimited online consultations, timeline and shot-list preparation, an appearance at your rehearsal, and a physical hardcover photo album of your best images.

TRAVEL FEE: depending on the location of the wedding, (example: outside the Portland Metro area, Vancouver, etc.), an extra travel fee will be added to the chosen package, starting at $75. All locations within the Portland Metro area are already included in the package price.

HOTEL FEE: If the rehearsal dinner is close to the wedding date AND the location of the wedding is over a 60 minute drive for me, a hotel fee may be applied due to the fact that it's easier for me to stay close to the venue location compared to driving back and forth.


How will you receive the files?

You will receive all of the digital files via a USB drive in the mail. They will be in large dimensions so that they are ready for print and web use.

What is the turnaround time?

The turnaround time for final delivery of the digital files is 30 days. Turnaround time depends on demand, but it is often faster than 30 days. If you require a faster turnaround time, editing can be expedited within 15 days for an additional $50 fee. The physical hardcover photo album of your best images will be mailed to your house within 2 to 3 months of your wedding date.

NOTE: No un-edited files will be delivered. For any reason.

How do I pay for the photoshoot?

I require a 50% non-refundable deposit via agree.com with WePay, or check to secure your wedding date. The purpose of the deposit is to lock in your date. If you cancel within 36 hours of your wedding, you will lose the deposit. Nothing has been officially booked until the deposit has been paid. The remaining 50% of your package is due two weeks before the wedding.

In the event that I cancel the shoot due to unforeseen issues (for example, illness, weather, etc.), you can use the deposit towards a new shoot, or request a full refund.

What happens during the in person pre-wedding consultation?

A lot of things! You and I can see how well we jive in real life. I'll be asking you a series of questions to get to know you, your partner, and your wedding vision better. We can even start the timeline and shot-list preparation too. I'll be showing you images from my past wedding shoots, as well as an example of the physical hardcover photo album of your best images that's included in your package price.

You’ll be e-signing a contract agreeing to the above terms before the wedding.
