Portland Metro Area wedding pricing and guidelines


ALL PACKAGES require an e-signed contract agreeing to the terms, listed below, two weeks before the wedding.

ALL PACKAGES include complete travel fees in the Portland Metro Area, an in person pre-wedding consultation, and a physical hardcover photo album of your best images.

elopement package: $900
around 200 edited photos
maximum 50 total guests for the wedding size
all day shooting

wedding package one: $1,200
around 300 edited photos
maximum 100 total guests for the wedding size
all day shooting

wedding package two: $2,500
around 400 edited photos
maximum 200 total guests for the wedding size
all day shooting

TRAVEL FEE: depending on the location of the wedding, (example: outside the Portland Metro area, Vancouver,etc.), an extra travel fee will be added to the chosen package, starting at $75. All locations within the Portland Metro area are already included in the package price.


How will you receive the files?

You will receive all of the files via my private proofing site on my portfolio. They will be in large dimensions so that they are ready for print and web use. 

Download links expire within a few days, so it is suggested that you download them asap. Please do not screenshot them, as downloading them ensures the image retains its high quality. Also, make sure to save and backup your images.

What is the turnaround time?

The turnaround time for final delivery of the digital files is 30 days. Turnaround time depends on demand, but it is often faster than 30 days. If you require a faster turnaround time, editing can be expedited within 15 days for an additional $50 fee. The physical hardcover photo album of your best images will be mailed to your house within 2 to 3 months of your wedding date.

NOTE: No un-edited files will be delivered. For any reason.

How do I pay for the photoshoot?

I require a 50% non-refundable deposit via agree.com with WePay, or check to secure your wedding date. The purpose oft he deposit is to lock in your date. If you cancel within 36 hours of your wedding, you will lose the deposit. Nothing has been officially booked until the deposit has been paid. The remaining 50% of your package is due two weeks before the wedding.

In the event that I cancel the shoot due to unforeseen issues (for example, illness, weather, etc.), you can use the deposit towards a new shoot, or request a full refund.

You’ll be e-signing a contract agreeing to the above terms the two weeks before the wedding.
